When I acquired Maussner in 2014, we were a lean operation. I performed every task, but this valuable experience provided me with insight into the skills required when hiring each position. Thanks to that and my innate people skills, I have identified, employed, and built our highly functional and talented Maussner Team.
I developed my core technical expertise during my professional time as an architect, witnessing common recurring problems, and practical, scalable solutions.
Now focused on property management, I apply my problem-solving approach to add value to clients, to train our growing team of property managers, and, where possible, simplify information.

- Energy consultant (HWK)
- Bachelor of Arts in Architecture – University of Technology Stuttgart (HFT)
- Exchange semester in Kyoto, Japan at the Kyoto Institute of Technology (KIT)
- Studied English in Brisbane, Australia
EXPERIENCE
I developed my experience, skills, and insights over years of building, renovating, and remodeling apartments and buildings.
As Owner and Managing Director of Maussner KG, I have spent the last years leading, directing, and training a talented and growing team of property managers and real estate accountants.
In my Client facing role, my primary focus is to deliver exceptional returns on investment for the owners of the two hundred buildings that Maussner manages.

I continue to enjoy rebuilding apartments and houses and have a lifelong passion for speed and sports cars.

Blue. The color of the ocean reminds me of my unforgettable time in Brisbane, Australia. Blue gives me relaxation, gives me energy and helps me to always stay focused in everyday life.

At the weekend
I like to discover new restaurants. With my mountain bike I turn my back on the city and enjoy the freedom in the forest.

Family plays an important role in my life.

Summer. I am an absolute sun person. The sun reminds me of holidays on the beach, relaxation and free time - a rare commodity for me as an entrepreneur and family man.
