I have been working at Maussner since 2014. For me, the job here offers the perfect opportunity to apply my architectural thinking and problem-solving strategies to real estate management.
The very first thing we did was to dedicate ourselves to our own office building. Our goal was to transform the former factory into a space that reflects the values and culture of our company. To achieve this, we took great care to create the right ambience - with selected materials, special colours, individual furnishings and fixtures. When you visit us in our office, you will feel the spirit of our company and gain an impression of how professionally we work at Maussner.
After a thorough market analysis and intensive discussions with our team, it became clear that we could create added value by relieving our property managers of the accounting duties. As a result, I have restructured and rebuilt our bookkeeping, and our annual statements are now clearer and simpler.
Qualifications
After five years of study at the UNAM University in Mexico City and the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart, I obtained my degree in architecture.
I started my career as an architect with Isaac Broid in Mexico City. In 2006, I was part of the team that designed the award-winning Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnology in Tequisquiapan, Querétaro, Mexico.
EXPERIENCE
I can look back on fifteen years of management experience.
For eight years I was jointly responsible for a classic car collection of more than 200 historic vehicles in California.
For seven years now, I have been managing a constantly growing portfolio of diverse properties in southern Germany.
Currently I am developing the new brand "Maussner". Vision and strategy are my field of work. Due to my many years of work in the management sector and my academic education, I am responsible for the process flows and the organizational structure in the company.
SKILLS
I pay special attention to details. I like to work in a very structured way. I speak and write Spanish, English and German fluently.
About me
My passion
I love architecture, art and design. I like to be inspired by architecture books, magazines and websites for new ideas for living and business spaces. My second passion, which combines wonderfully with the first, is travelling. Together with my husband Philipp, we discover art and culture in the most beautiful cities in the world.
I am also very fond of classic cars. I love reading books about historic vehicles and visiting classic car exhibitions and events in Europe.
My favorite color
Black. Black is neutral, elegant and can be combined in an incredibly wide range of ways to create new looks. Often a very simple accessory is enough.
At the weekend
I love culinary adventures and discovering new dishes and flavours at the weekends.
Family
Besides my husband and our daughter, the focus is on my extended family. My parents, siblings, uncles, aunts and the many cousins are a significant part of my life.
Best time of the year
Christmas is the most beautiful time of the year for me. That's when our whole family comes together and we celebrate together.
