Property manager (m/f/d) Full-time

Scope of duties:

Your main task is the independent administration and commercial as well as technical support of residential and commercial properties with a fixed property portfolio. This includes the organisation, preparation, follow-up and implementation of owners' meetings.
Other tasks include all office activities such as written and verbal communication with owners, tenants, craftsmen and other repair and maintenance service providers, including the corresponding contract management (maintenance contracts, rental contracts, insurance, utilities, etc.).
Other tasks::
  • Analysis, monitoring and optimisation of management costs
  • Holistic, qualified owner and tenant support
  • Contract award and supervision for maintenance and repair measures
  • Administrative and organisational matters
  • Ensuring that deadlines and time limits are met and organised is your responsibility
  • Communication as contact person, as well as coordination of the various external service providers (e.g. caretaker service, cleaning company, tradesmen, etc.)
  • Responsible for contract and insurance management
  • Management of service contracts
  • Planning and control of maintenance and repair measures
  • Conscientious management of owner and tenant master data, as well as property documentation

Requirement profile:

  • A completed commercial training (e.g. real estate, insurance, or bank clerk (m/f/d), or business administrator (m/f/d) and/or a degree with a business or real estate focus)
  • Independent personality with a high level of comprehension
  • A confident appearance in front of an audience (e.g. at owners' meetings), negotiating skills and assertiveness, coupled with good empathy
  • Ideally relevant professional experience
  • German at native speaker level, spoken and written. A second or third language is an advantage.
  • Confident handling of the MS Office package
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Discretion and high operational readiness
  • Interest in versatile, varied areas of responsibility
  • A friendly and confident manner
  • Independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working
  • Communication skills and solution-oriented action
  • Self-conception in the discreet handling of sensitive data and information
  • Service and customer-oriented work and enjoyment in dealing with customers, service providers and tenants
