WEG management
No matter whether you own a condominium or an entire apartment portfolio: We take care of both the technical and financial WEG management for you. We take care of all tasks relating to the common property and organise the annual owners' meeting.
It is the responsibility of the respective condominium owner to ensure that any problems that arise in his or her individual property are remedied accordingly. In the case of problems affecting the common property, we will take care of finding a solution - even in the case of fire, water damage, floods and other unexpected events.

Our customers can use a dedicated meeting room in our office building free of charge, where they can meet with others undisturbed. The room provides a platform for mutual exchange. Problems are discussed and questions clarified here. We value complete transparency, encourage goal-oriented discussions - and yes, we also serve drinks. Free of charge, of course!
